Uses
Chemicals: In the manufacture of insoluble Stannates (e.g. those of Barium, lead, calcium, magnesium, and bismuth). It is also used in the preparation of some tin oxide coatings (e.g. for catalytic uses)
Metal Finishing: As a tin plating salt in alkaline plating baths and as an ingredient of tin – Zinc plating salts.
Paper : As a process chemical in the preparation of some surface coatings.
